The App includes an online multiplayer mode in which players join shared game rooms via room codes. When using multiplayer features, you agree to behave respectfully toward other players and not to use the mode to harass, disrupt, cheat, or otherwise interfere with other players’ experience. We reserve the right to limit or restrict access to multiplayer features in the event of misuse.
All content within the App — including but not limited to graphics, game logic, design, and text — is the property of BullseyeGames and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Geographic data (country names, capitals, flags) is factual public information and is not claimed as proprietary.
The App displays advertisements provided by third-party services, including Google AdMob. Your use of the App is subject to the privacy practices of these advertising providers. For more information on how data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
The App uses third-party services to operate, including Google AdMob (advertising), Google Play Games Services (achievements and leaderboards), and analytics services. The App collects anonymous usage data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to the collection and use of information as set out in that policy.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or completely accurate in all geographic information.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BullseyeGames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting the updated Terms within the App or on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Catalonia, Spain.
